The Role
As Campaign Specialist, you will lead the overarching campaign delivery, owning budget planning, meeting key deadlines, and washups of the end results. You will be a champion of our identity and brand, and approach campaigns with an audience first mindset. Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the post
. Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing the media budget to hit student recruitment KPIs
. Lead overarching campaign delivery – be the owner of key deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are briefed and delivered on time
. A hands-on approach to working across all marketing channels including TV, Radio, Affiliates, OOH and Digital
. Working closely with our suppliers, including advertising agencies and affiliate partners, agreeing media bookings, raising POs, sharing insights and ensuring end activity matches back to brief
. Work closely with the internal Creative Team to agree asset requirements for the campaign including images and video
. Practice cross-team working to ensure the campaign is consistent across all channels.
. Measure campaign success and contributing results into wider Marketing reports
. Support Performance Marketing Manager with required A/B testing across platforms/channels
. Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a champion for the Universities new identity and brand, ensuring final product embodies the brand verbally and visually.
. Support University events as and when required, including open days. This will require occasional weekend working.
Preferred Requirements:
• Highly relevant campaign management and media buying experience
• Proven track record of campaign planning to drive results
• Experience with working across different agencies and affiliates an advantage
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Looker, GA, etc)
