Key responsibilities
1. Think ambitiously about how our stores can offer customers even more.
2. Make things brilliant for customers and help your team to excel.
3. Contribute big ideas about sales, processes, team performance, and store standards.
4. Work together with your Store Manager to create an inspiring store environment.
Required skills & experience
1. A retail natural with great people skills and innovative ideas.
2. Enthusiastic about home improvement and sharing this passion.
3. Ability to get the best out of others and create a valued environment.
4. Willingness to expand skills using new technology and learning new ways of working.
5. Flexible to cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
