Responsibilities:
* Implementing Procedures and Ideas: to increase productivity and profitability.
* Team Management: staff reviews, holiday requests, rotas and training.
* Customer Service: Contacting brides, answering the phone, replying to emails.
* Administration: Processing paperwork and order forms, ordering dresses, etc.
* Problem Solving: Liaising with the reps of our designers to come up with solutions.
Who You Are:

* Proven Experience: You have at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within retail or customer service.

Wage: £14 - £17 per hour depending on experience. Annual target and bonus. Working days will be one weekend day plus 3/4 weekdays.
