The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
Are you passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service? Littlefish is looking for a Service Desk Engineer who is fluent in Dutch to provide top-tier technical support to our contract customers.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
2. Troubleshoot and manage networks and servers.
3. Follow Littlefish standards and meet customer-specific SLAs when handling technical queries.
4. Provide clear communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved swiftly.
What we’re looking for:
1. Fluency in Dutch is required – this is a key aspect of the role!
2. Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT service desk role or a similar technical position.
3. Experience with ITSM case management software.
4. Knowledge of remote support tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
5. Strong understanding of Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Enterprise Networks.
6. Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Anti-Virus, Print, and Laptop/PC Hardware.
7. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication.
