We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance & Asset Register Officer to join our Procurement and Insurance team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in claims management, asset register oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing and implementing a new Insurance Asset Register
2. Overseeing Travel, Motor, Public Liability, and Property claims
3. Providing training and support to ensure effective asset management
4. Analysing and reporting on asset data to improve processes
5. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to streamline claims management
6. Delivering high-quality customer service to staff and students
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in financial, insurance, or asset management roles
2. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
4. A keen eye for detail and accuracy
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
