NESO are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our Connections Product team.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of defining great customer experiences that enhance our digital platforms and products, ensuring that all stakeholders, from customers to internal teams, have a seamless and efficient experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, business analysts, and wider customer connection teams, to translate complex requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces. This role is vital in driving our mission to deliver a more efficient, transparent, and customer-focused connections process.
This role is based from Warwick, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

1. Passion for improving the customer experience for our Connections customers.
2. Proven track record of managing a Digital Platform, Product Owner experience.

4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Experience in complex regulated environments would be beneficial but is not essential.

Key Accountabilities
1. Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external customers/stakeholders, to truly understand customer and regulatory needs.
2. Bring our customers along the journey when delivering Connections initiatives.
3. Reflect and adapt to ensure we remain in tune with our customers/stakeholders.
4. Work within the Connections Product team and wider agile teams to maintain Product Roadmap and translate it into quality features and user stories, with clear acceptance criteria.
5. Encourage a customer-centric data driven approach to prioritisation, coaching team members on product management methodology.
6. Support the team with user acceptance testing and sign off our releases.
7. Identifying and supporting training plans with the change team.
8. Lead agile ceremonies on behalf of the team such as refinements, sprint planning and retrospectives.
9. Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to refine requirements and make recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
