* Previous experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to SEN students, both 1:1 and in small groups.
* Assist in developing individualised learning plans and adapt teaching materials to suit student needs.
* Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
* Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.
