Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 + Weekend Work
About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Assistant and play a crucial role in driving our success! We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this exciting position, you'll dive into analysing weather forecasts to make strategic decisions about job scheduling and resource allocation. You'll be running the entire job lifecycle-confirming jobs with operators, managing customer cancellations, ensuring flawless job completion and quality assurance. Your keen eye for detail will also help you monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring we always have the right materials at the ready.
Requirements
* Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret weather forecasts and data.
* Experience in stock management and purchase orders.
* Meteorology degree is highly desirable
* Forklift license is highly desirable
