RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
* Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or noncompliance issues.
* Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
* Document and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Telecom Industry: 3 years (required)
* Construction: 5 years (required)
* Civil Work: 5 years (required)
* Driving Licence (preferred)

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
