Role: Trust Consultant / Senior Consultant
Reporting to: Office Manager
Summary
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and engaged individual to join a rapidly evolving company. The role will be varied, you will be part of a team responsible for the drafting, printing and delivery of estate planning and legal documentation. The role has scope for progression for the right candidate wishing to develop their knowledge.
Experience of financial services, legal, paraplanning or other regulated industry is preferred but not essential.
The suitable candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good eye for detail and to be willing and capable to work autonomously in the areas they are overseeing, but not afraid to ask questions or look for support and guidance.
Your responsibilities
* Liaising with financial planners as required
* Drafting and printing documentation and liaising with legal partners
* Managing the administration of cases
* Answer incoming calls efficiently in a polite and helpful manner
* Recommend developments and improvements to procedures and systems as appropriate
* Maintain and update relevant sections of the procedures manual
* Manage own workload to ensure service levels are maintained
