The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Consultant with strong stakeholder management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and driving the automation pipeline, either through your direct efforts or by providing technical support to others. As we continue to enhance our tools and capabilities, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills, allowing us to deliver increasingly complex Intelligent Automation solutions.

What will you be doing?
The Automation Consultant will be responsible for:
1. Supporting scoping activities and requirements gathering
2. Creating accurate cost and resource estimates and statements of work
3. Leading the delivery of projects and coordination of resources, ensuring the stakeholder’s concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively
4. Developing strong stakeholder relationships
5. Owning stakeholder reporting and engagement
6. Removing delivery blockers and escalating issues when necessary before they impact the projects
7. Contributing to decision-making and best practices as part of the design authority group
8. Acting as a leader to other members of the team
9. Supporting the creation of process and solution documentation
10. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and taking responsibility for your own development in new skills that will contribute to the team's success
11. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly with existing systems and processes
What are we looking for?
1. A minimum of two years of experience using Blue Prism software
2. Developer certification in Blue Prism
3. Proven ability to engage and manage Stakeholders in complex environments
4. Proven presentation skills with the ability to captivate and inform a multi-disciplinary audience
5. Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality with strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to facilitate and control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives
7. Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
8. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
9. Ability to rapidly understand business processes, products, systems, and services
10. Proficiency in understanding, interpreting, and translating customer requirements into deliverables
11. Proven experience in completing End to End automation cycles and production management
12. Passionate about delivering high-quality service to Customers, with a focus on continuous improvement
13. Basic understanding of IT governance related to testing
14. Experience mentoring other team members
15. Has the courage (and respect) to question the processes being reviewed to ensure the processes add value, create ROI, and advance the Customer’s capability
