We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 6-month FTC in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will act as the first point of call for absences and support managers with employee relations activities, ensuring processes are followed and colleagues are supported.
This role requires a proactive approach to employee engagement and a customer-focused mindset. You'll maintain strong relationships with employees and managers, managing cases with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
This is a 6-month FTC, hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) based in North Yorkshire. Salary circa £30,000 per annum.
