Job title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Barrow-in-Furness (Onsite)
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the Front of House for the SASK/Harding Rise facilities by coordinating with external and internal key stakeholders throughout the day, solving problems, and responding to any incoming requests.
* Supporting with process confirmations to make sure the facility meets the diamond standards to enable the successful delivery of training.
* Managing building access and security, and escorting visitors.
* Facilitating induction sessions for new arrivals to the site.
* Preparing and arranging rooms daily to accommodate individual training needs.
* Managing the facility inbox and ordering stationery and merchandise requirements for the facility owning a CPC card.
Your skills and experiences:
* Strong background in a customer-facing position.
* Relevant Business Administration Qualification Level 3 or equivalent by experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
* Strong attention to detail.
