Manage regional accounts to drive business growth, strengthening relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Client satisfaction and business growth.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts.
* Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms.
* Regularly gather feedback to improve service levels and product offerings.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
* Monitor account performance, create sales forecasts, and report on key metrics and account health.
The ideal candidate has:
* Previous sales experience in Foodservice and FMCG industries.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience of growing new business and nurturing existing customers.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
* Must be prepared to travel when required.
