Role: Restaurant Manager

Salary: £31,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
We are working with a fantastic client in the Lake District assisting them with their search for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their amazing 2 AA Rosette Restaurant offering a truly exceptional dining experience.
Ideal Restaurant Manager Profile:
- An experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to step up in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills – you will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver incredible service.
- A people person who is driven to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- A team player who is happy to get stuck in and able to manage smoothly under pressure.
- Ideally generate from a fine dining / high quality background, with proven longevity in previous roles.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, scheduling & stock management.
- Ensure all services meet or exceed 2AA Rosette standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations & work with the team to enhance skills.
Guest Awareness & Satisfaction:
- Maintain and warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the restaurants standards and style.
- Address any guest feedback and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure all health & Safety, hygiene and food handling standards are continuously met.
- Ensure proper handling and presentation of food & drink in accordance with 2AA Rosette standards.
Product Knowledge:
- Continuously work with your team to ensure excellent product knowledge.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and work within budgets, labour costs & stock levels to achieve set budgets.
- Oversee daily reconciliations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead the team in refining service standards & guest interactions.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and fine dining best practices.
