Salary: £13.09 to £14.09 per hour, dependent on experience

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized support to students with SEN, working closely with them to enhance their educational experience and promote their individual growth. Assignments are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with SEN, tailoring assistance to their individual needs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in classroom activities.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor and report on student progress.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
About You: The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working with students with SEN, either in a school or support setting.
* Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student development.
* Be adaptable and comfortable working in various school environments.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
