I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial vehicles company, who due to expansion, are looking for a Customer Servicer Advisor person to join them on a permanent basis!
Working Hours:
* 8.30-5pm (training period)
* 9.00-5.30pm (after training)
* Biweekly weekend work per rota (8.30-1pm)
The role:
* First point of contact for customers
* Processing bookings / services
* Updating customer and vehicle database
* Managing customer accounts and providing high level of customer service
* Inbound and outbound sales calls
* General administration
* Other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
* Previous customer service / sales support experience
* Good IT skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
