* Collaborate with software development teams and the Head of IT to produce high-quality code.
* Take initiative in problem-solving and continuously develop new skills.
* Support the creation of scoping documents and analyse existing ones to develop suitable software solutions.
* Deploy code into UAT and production environments.
* Adhere to industry best practices when writing and delivering code.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both new and existing software.
* Participate in peer code reviews to enhance code quality and foster learning.
* Work with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for software solutions.
* Mentor junior developers to support their growth and development.
* Provide recommendations on technology choices and development approaches.
