Mygrant Glass is the largest independent distributor of automotive replacement glass in the US, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Center Service Specialist in Randolph, MA. We are looking for a bright, energetic, dependable, and positive person with excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously to add to our team.
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the office manager, this position is responsible for helping Mygrant Glass clients over the phone and in person with supply orders while providing exceptional customer service. This position will also consist of administrative projects and other miscellaneous office tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:

5. Proficient with computers including Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
6. Bilingual is preferred (English, Spanish).

9. Excellent conflict resolution skills.
10. Previous automotive glass experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
11. Previous experience working with owners of small to medium-sized businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Handle ordering system: writing orders, returns.
2. Taking orders on the phone and in person.
3. Assist will call customers.
4. Fulfill customer requests as needed.
5. Reconciling customer orders.
6. Process daily cash, credit card, and check deposits.
7. Data entry.
8. Interact with managers, office, and warehouse staff.
9. Clean and maintain work area.
10. Motivated, dependable, and successful Customer Center Service Specialists have the opportunity for promotion within the distribution center as office supervisor, warehouse lead/supervisor, and transfer coordinator.
11. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Typical work hours are 8-5 M-F. Medical, dental, 401(k), sick time, FSA, HSA, and vacation are eligible for full-time employees after the probation period.
