The Role:
We are seeking a strategic Performance Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing initiatives across key paid channels. This role is pivotal in accelerating our growth in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce space, with a specific focus on the US and UK markets. You will have a robust background in performance marketing, particularly within the fashion industry, and a proven track record of managing teams and driving successful campaigns across global markets.
Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Manager for TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow OhPolly’s brand presence and drive conversions on these platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and content teams to craft ads that resonate with our target audience and deliver outstanding performances
* Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Collaborate closely with graphic design, brand, and wider marketing teams to ensure all creative assets are not only on-brand but also high-performing and visually engaging for each platform.
* Develop and manage YouTube advertising campaigns, focusing on video content that drives engagement and conversions, and work with the content team to create compelling video assets.
* Work with the creative team to develop platform-specific content that aligns with each channel’s unique audience and trends, ensuring best-in-class creative.
* Continuously test ad formats, copy, and targeting to improve engagement rates, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
* Leverage analytics to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
* Collaborate on cross-channel initiatives to create a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
* Keep current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities, implementing best practices for each platform.
* Prepare and present performance reports and insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and/or YouTube for a D2C brand.
* Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats for each platform
* Experience creating and optimizing YouTube campaigns, including TrueView and bumper ads, with an understanding of YouTube-specific metrics.
* Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and managing budgets effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
* Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
