The main duties of the Live-in-Care Coordinator role include:
10. Be the first point of contact for both new and existing Service Users and Care Workers.
11. Rostering staff to provide a safe delivery of service to clients.
12. Liaise with other professionals involved in service users' care.
13. Assisting with recruiting new care workers to the team.
14. Monitor care workers and carry out supervisions and appraisals.
15. Supporting the effective handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints as required.
16. Ensure the service is working within the standards expected by the CQC.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
17. Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or home care industry is preferred.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
20. Compassionate and empathetic nature.
21. Knowledge of live-in care regulations and best practices is a plus.
22. Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
