* For ECTs: You’ve either completed, or are in the process of completing, your Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
* For Unqualified Candidates: You have a strong background in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a closely related subject, and you’re eager to develop your teaching skills through a supported training pathway.
* A commitment to inclusion, fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment for all students.
* An enthusiasm for engaging with students’ ideas and supporting them in their personal and academic growth.
