We are looking for a HR Assistant to join a small HR/L&D team at our Linton site. The successful candidate will be self motivated, have a dynamic and proactive approach and keen to be an integral part of the immediate HR team, as well as the wider site team. Responsible for the processing and management of our weekly payroll processes as well as ensuring the accurate maintenance of all HR systems, you will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines. Subject to previous experience, the successful candidate will also support investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures and other formal HR processes.
People are at the core of our business and as a member of the HR team you will be a point of contact for our workforce so being approachable is critical. Equally important is ensuring all aspects of HR administration, including producing KPI's, management of our occupational health processes, conducting employee surveys etc etc are all carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

Previous experience within HR in a fast paced working environment would be an advantage, as would familiarity with HR systems such as Resourcelink, Open Options, OHIO etc.
This is a part time opportunity for approximately 25-30 hours per week. In order to meet the weekly payroll requirements of the role, Monday working will be required. The remaining working days/hours are open to flexibility and discussion.
