What You’ll Do
* Lead our digital marketing efforts across paid and organic channels to drive pipeline growth
* Own and optimise our SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimisation, and backlinking
* Develop and scale online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) to maximise ROI
* Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, growing our reach and community
* Collaborate with team to produce landing pages, email campaigns, and digital assets
* Analyse performance metrics and generate insights and reports to inform marketing decisions
* Partner with sales to align campaigns with target audiences and buyer personas
* On-site support as needed for broader marketing efforts such as preparing for and attending conferences, events, etc.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
* Proven track record running successful SEO and paid digital campaigns
* Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
* Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
* Creative, self-starter that can work in a start-up environment and make strategic decisions with targeted budgets
* Bonus: Experience marketing to HR, facilities, and/or finance teams
