Role responsibilities
* Leading the corporate tax function, setting its strategic direction and goals
* Managing a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering expert tax compliance and advisory services
* Driving business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base
* Providing high-level tax planning advice on business structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic matters
* Overseeing and mentoring a team of tax professionals, ensuring their development and success
* Building strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex corporate tax issues
* Staying updated on changes to tax legislation and ensuring compliance across the portfolio
* Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless, integrated service

* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with extensive experience in corporate tax within an accountancy practice

* Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and grow a tax function
