We are currently looking for someone to provide administrative support to our Barnsley team. The successful candidate will be joining a leading not-for-profit organisation that provides independent living services to people with disabilities and health care needs nationwide.
Location: Barnsley, S752BL
Salary: The full-time equivalent is £23,088 per annum, the pro rata is £9,984 per annum
Hours: 16 hours per week.
Working days & times: Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The Role - Your main duties will include:
1. Providing a professional customer service experience to all callers on behalf of the Barnsley team.
2. Providing clerical support to all staff including production of letters and other paperwork, producing invoices, minuting meetings and providing recruitment support.
3. Managing an internal database, including the uploading of new referrals and other relevant documentation.
