The Principal Civil and Structural Engineer/Technical Director role comes with a salary starting from £60,000, enhanced pension and flexible working. As the Principal Engineer/Technical Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate design outputs across technical disciplines and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of project designs.
Represent WEL in design reviews and oversee production of cost-effective design documents meeting specifications.
Monitor design cost budgets, track changes, and provide cost forecasts to maximize efficiency.
Build relationships with clients and supply chain to promote buildability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
