I am currently searching for a strong Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our well-established client on an interim basis. This role will report directly to The Head of Finance to ensure the department is running smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires a strong team leader with excellent communication skills to support a team of 4. The responsibilities will include assisting the team with the daily duties such as Cash allocation, invoicing, credit control and bank reconciliations, with some team members off shored there will be regular virtual meetings and clear communication strategies needed.
A successful candidate will also be working directly with The head of Finance and reporting on the teams KPI's, this will require strong excel skills.
Skills required:
* Have prior experience of managing a moderate sized team in a fast-paced environment.
* Be a confident and strong communicator capable of managing a team of experienced transactional clerks.
* Have a track record of improving processes within Accounts Receivable, and not afraid to shy away from taking ownership of new processes.
* Experience using various accounting packages and advanced in the use of Excel.
