The engine room of our business – the Recruitment Delivery Team. They build relationships with our candidates, find new skilled professionals using their network; our database and provided tools and work closely with our Business Winning team.
We are looking for a Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (aka resources/recruiters) to be the best they can be.

Responsibilities:
11. Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
12. Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team
13. Complete monthly performance reviews
14. Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression
15. Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
16. Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest
17. Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available
18. Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression
19. Constantly improve delivery processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity
20. Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace
21. Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational
