Panasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC) is seeking A Licensed and Type rated Aircraft Engineers with Type Ratings on (A380, A350, A330, A320, 787, 777, 767) to join our team. * Aircraft/IFE Maintenance: Conduct line maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on Panasonic Avionics' In-Flight Entertainment systems, adhering to UK CAA regulations.
* Perform built-in and manual tests, troubleshoot electronic failures, and replace defective parts as needed.
* Customer Support: Interface with customers, document repairs, and assist in spare inventory tracking.
* Additional Responsibilities: Maintain communication with management, operate vehicles around airport properties, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and undertake any related duties assigned by supervisors.
Licenses: Must have an A or B1 or B2 license with a Type Rating on (A380, A350, A330, A320, 787, 777, 767)
* Experience: General knowledge of electrical mechanics and experience in commercial aviation, military service, or technical school is highly preferred. IFE or avionics experience is preferred but not required.
* Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders or platforms, and endure standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ability to work in extreme weather conditions, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have a valid UK driver's license and be open to shift work., Essential aircraft maintenance experience, along with a valid Category A UKCAA aircraft license or equivalent.
* Ability to meet service level agreements under strict deadlines.
* Strong teamwork capabilities, precision in following detailed instructions, and adaptability to different work environments.
