About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, youll be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen with confidence and consistency. Youll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards and ensure every dish leaves the pass to spec.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of a designated section in the kitchen
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing waste
* Train and mentor junior team members
* Communicate effectively with the rest of the kitchen team
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
* A passion for food and attention to detail
* Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
* Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
