As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll work across both our inpatients and outpatient areas, using your expertise to provide advice and counselling to patients. Day to day you’ll rotate between the dispensary and patient wards, preparing medication and liaising with patients and colleagues alike to ensure our high standards of care are maintained. We’ll look to you to support with a variety of clinical tasks, such as ordering medication, or even supporting with patient nutrition.
