Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior and Midlevel Scrum Masters to join our team and work with our customer in Gaydon, UK. This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Automotive Product Development Hardware delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality, emphasizing the importance of communication.
• Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Assist in the removal of obstacles to the Scrum Team’s progress by managing obstacle board reviews.
• Ensure all Scrum events are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Help stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work, including tools and processes usage.
• Evolve new ways to bridge between business tools & processes and Agile Ways of Working (WoW).
• Ensure top-down and bottom-up synchronization between product groups and vehicle groups for any activity.
• Govern effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
• Manage the group Product Backlog, ensuring clear and concise Product Backlog items linked to stories/features/capabilities.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration where necessary.
