Our mission TODD Architects are a client focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin and Manchester. We are currently seeking an experienced Technologist. The roles will be permanent, full time with positions in both our Belfast and Dublin studios. The ideal candidate should have 5 years post-qualification experience. Revit proficiency is desirable however an intermediate knowledge level is suitable as we can provide further training. Knowledge of the Building Regulations and technical design will be important. Key Areas of Responsibility The successful candidate will collaborate with architects and directors and have an opportunity to work on a number of projects at various RIBA/RIAI work stages. Skills and experience required Technologist, CIAT/RIAI registered (or eligible to register) with approximately 5 years experience. Revit ability (intermediate). BIM Level 2 experience highly desirable. Good technical knowledge. Construction detailing experience. Specification writing experience desirable. Knowledge of Building Regulations and British / European Standards required. A team player with good interpersonal skills. Motivated, enthusiastic, creative and flexible person who can work well in a team or independently. Applicants must meet legal work eligibility requirements for Northern Ireland/UK/RoI. Current driving license preferable. Why us?
