We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join this manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Newark. Own transport is required due to the location of the site (not easily accessible by public transport).
As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact the experience your customers have with the business, making you a key player in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
3. Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience (ideally in a similar role).
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional approach to handling customer issues.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
5. Attention to detail and organisational skills.
