4. You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.

10. Working within the programme level reporting drumbeat develop a revised project drumbeat, to drive enhanced focus on schedule adherence at a control account level and embed active risk management and mitigations.
11. Drive the partners in the application of project trend and change to recognise any emergent design issues are appropriately captured within the programme governance arrangements
12. Develop a bottom-up driven reporting system that captures necessary achievements, escalations, issues etc. at a control account level that subsequently supports the onward integrated project weekly report, IPPR & PMO
13. Continually facilitate engagement, communication and commitment across the partnership to establish a fully integrated project delivery team.
14. Provide constructive challenge, where appropriate, on phase 3 outputs to ensure they meet schedule and cost requirements
15. Ensure client interfaces support the overall project delivery, particularly ensuring client project engineering manager engagement and alignment as required.
16. Identify and escalate any issue reported through escalation from the technical governance that threatens schedule and cost requirements
17. Work with partners to embed continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.
18. Collectively drive change to establish schedule stability/adherence and delivery to schedule.
19. Manage the assessment of PartnerPfAsfor contractual compliance (as a subset of the IMS from the common schedule platform). Notify issues to the respective service managers via the project commercial manager.
20. Adhere to the published Integro management system arrangements.
21. Working with the integration director and partners develop the phase 4-6 delivery strategy and drive/support the partners to implement for the commencement of phase 4.

You’ll need to have:
29. Proven experience and track-record for delivering major programmes.
30. Advanced technical understanding of programme management practices, controls, programme governance and programme procedures.
31. Full budgetary oversight (external programme budget and internal fee budget)
32. Advanced risk & opportunity management/practitioner.
33. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills across estimating, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, financial controls and reporting, across the project lifecycle.
34. Contract literate to a good standard.
35. Performance management to ensure a high-performance culture is maintained.
You’ll also have
36. Extensive sector and/or market -specific experience, knowledge and contacts.
37. Extensive experience in successful delivery of major programmes, through all phases.
38. Leadership and management experience and capability to lead a large team.
39. Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable level of role knowledge, (or equivalent).
40. Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card (or global equivalent).
41. MAPM/MRICS/MICE.
42. Member chartered institute of buildings.
43. Membership of association of project management.
44. Member of royal institute of chartered surveyors.
45. Member of institute of civil engineers.
