Our client, the UK’s largest independent Trucks dealer, is seeking for a Van Sales Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
Role: Van Sale Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day shift
Location : Hull
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the LCV Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation for complex sales matters.
* Ensure the LCV sales team is equipped with comprehensive product knowledge and training on Renault Trucks and Isuzu Trucks.
* Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to create targeted campaigns and enhance the customer journey.
* Oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
* Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to maintain a high standard of sales expertise and professionalism.
