Sous Chef - Brasserie Style Hotel Restaurant
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work as an integral part of the kitchen team within the hotel's main restaurant. The Sous Chef will report to the kitchen's Head Chef and ensure that the standard of food and service is executed to the highest levels at all times.
