How you'll make a difference We are seeking a Senior Operational Resilience and OCIR Specialist with a passion for developing and improving operational resilience and associated resilience disciplines within financial services. Working with colleagues across the Society you will take a lead in identifying, embedding and maintaining our Important Business Services (IBS) capability, mapping processes and wider resilience initiatives ensuring they synergise with the latest Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) regulation, making recommendations for streamlining and process improvements. You will take a lead role in supporting development and maintenance of the overall Operational Resilience Framework across the Society. We are looking for someone who is confident to engage with colleagues at all levels, managing a challenging workload and is keen to advance their career in resilience disciplines. What you'll bring to the role: Significant experience in either resilience disciplines, business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, compliance or audit. Experience of leading on similar operational resilience initiatives. Experience with the Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) regulation or a background in reading and interpreting regulations in a similar business. Analytical and able to interpret data and MI dashboards. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills. Experience of working in financial services or a similar highly regulated industry.
