* Empower users with technological prowess: Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting challenges with finesse and training employees on the latest tools and technologies.
* Uphold the highest standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining the highest level of integrity.
* Lead a team of tech sorcerers: Mentor and inspire a talented team of IT Support Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* CompTIA A+ or similar IT service desk related qualification
* At least 3 years of experience weaving your magic as an IT leader.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure and SharePoint.
* A proven track record of success with Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
* A profound understanding of corporate networks and their intricate workings.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to elegantly navigate any challenge.
