What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager in a residential or nursing care setting. Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (with willingness to progress to Level 4 or 5). Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Business acumen to support occupancy growth and effective cost management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
