An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at our prestigious Milton Keynes clinic. This role would be well suited to someone with existing high end retail or clinical management experience or an individual looking to make the next step up in their career. It will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their skills across a broad remit and disciplines.
You will be responsible for setting and maintaining world class standards throughout the clinic.
The main aspects of the role –
1. Leading a team of outstanding Patient Advisors to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients
2. Ensuring that all colleagues have the right support in place to excel and develop their skills
3. Effectively manage the clinic workload, and ensuring diaries are managed in advance
4. Deputise for Clinic Manager
The successful candidate will have experience of –
5. Leading a diverse team, preferably within a retail or clinical setting
6. Hands-on and customer-centric approach
7. Delivery against recognised industry standards
8. Developing a multi-disciplinary team to meet the levels of service and activity expectations
9. Leadership with incidents, safeguarding, referrals and complaints
10. Monitoring SLA’s and escalation as required
11. Managing the performance of the team to deliver the highest calibre of clinical and customer service at all times
12. Maintaining relationships with the senior leadership team
13. Confidence and integrity to operate with the utmost discretion
14. Excellent communication and presentation skill
