FM Technical Account Director
Location - London (on site)
Salary - 100k plus car allowance & bonus
Resourcing Group have the privilege of supporting their client, a leading FM & Maintenance business with recruiting a dynamic Technical Account Director to provide leadership, development and performance management across a high profile, multi-use destination in London.
The Account Director is a key role in providing strategic, tactical and technical operational leadership and direction across multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder map and commercial model.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic and tactical leadership plus operational management within a dynamic multi-client environment.
2. Lead a multi-faceted team of Contract Managers, and a wider engineering team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Experience Required:
1. Managerial experience at Account Director level within technical hard FM services is essential.
2. A demonstrable track record in leading engineering teams within a highly complex and high-profile environment with excellent knowledge of the industry market.
3. Previous experience working with major construction principal contractors and mobilising sites from CDM to occupation is desirable.
4. Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure.
5. Strong account management skills and new business hunter qualities.
6. Able to build positive relationships with clients to resolve day-to-day operational problems and identify opportunities for increasing profitable business.
7. Excellent communication skills using appropriate styles, methods, and timings.
8. Demonstrate resourcefulness when acquiring additional professional expertise.
9. Use tact and diplomacy to handle sensitive issues.
10. Project a professional demeanor with colleagues, clients, and their customers.
11. Able to clearly communicate work tasks and win the commitment of others to achieve high levels of operational performance.
12. Ability to understand key financial, labor, and material variables within budgets to achieve target returns.
13. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
14. Able to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure.
15. Strong technical knowledge and experience, coupled with in-depth knowledge of condition-based maintenance and exploitation of remote monitoring technology.
Qualifications Required:
1. Technical M&E Engineering qualifications and demonstrable experience.
2. IOSHMS.
3. Competent working knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines.
4. Sound level of administration and organisational skills.
5. Account Leadership experience.
6. Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook.
