If so, we would love to hear from you The opportunity Our client is currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their innovative team of Quality specialists on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will be Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role will support all departments in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and systems. This position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Runcorn. Your duties and responsibilities will be Support all departments in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and systems. Build strong working relationships with all departments to foster a quality-driven culture. Ensure compliance with necessary standard operating procedures and systems for effective quality monitoring. Assist in investigating the root cause(s) of complaints and non-conformances and contribute to corrective and preventative actions. Collate and review data from the Quality Management System (QMS) and perform trend analysis on the data. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance across the site with relevant rules and standards. Assist in maintaining quality standards and supporting departmental projects. Undertake other relevant duties as assigned by the Quality Management team or Head of Quality.You will have the following qualifications and experience Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in root cause analysis. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer systems. Resilient and proactive with the ability to use initiative to solve problems. Ability to plan workload effectively and follow established processes.
