Finance Project Manager
Circa £60,000 per annum (pro rata)
Fixed Term Contract for 6-12 months.
30-37.5 hours per week
Freeways and Freeways Trust, as part of our business plans for expansion, have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Finance Project Manager to join us based at our office in Abbots Leigh, Bristol.

Freeways is a local charity that supports adults with learning disabilities. We are a highly regarded provider of supported living services and residential care. The aim of our services is to support people to become as independent as possible by helping them make choices, learn new skills and make links with their local community.
Freeways Trust own, manage and maintain the majority of properties that Freeways use.
About the Job :
This is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to support critical financial modelling and project work.
Duties will include :
· To investigate, analyse and propose financial plans and manage financial plans regarding the property portfolio and related income and costs for new developments.
· To conduct financial modelling of options for the strategic plans for Freeways and Freeways Trust including investigating and recommending appropriate borrowing for Freeways Trust.
· To support Freeways CEO and the Trust’s Strategic Estate Manager to understand the financial feasibility of future developments and to plan and manage the best solutions to fund future developments.
· To lead on the financial aspects of any strategic projects in line with the business and financial strategy for the organisations recognising the impact and future performance for both charities and their subsidiaries and managing any conflict, where required.
· To maintain and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
· To present and interpret financial information to Trustees as required.
About the Successful Applicant :
You will be a qualified accountant with strong project management skills. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, is required, and experience with Excel modelling would be advantageous.
