Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior Communication Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Director of Communications and Culture and reporting into our Communications Manager, this busy varied role is crucial in helping us to deliver our internal and external communications across the Practice and enhance our reputation in the industry. From creating and managing content for all our channels, through to events and awards submissions, this is a great opportunity to use the full communications mix, have real impact and work with people at all levels across our studios. Duties Reporting to our Communications Manager, you will assist with the delivery of all aspects of our internal and external communications. Help create and deliver brilliant, creative and engaging campaigns and content that support our vision and position us as one of the leading SMEs in the industry. Working with particular studios, identify their communications needs and opportunities and deliver through our varied communications channels. Source, produce, plan and identify opportunities to create engaging written content to place on our various channels so they are up to date, relevant, showcase our work and address key issues in the built environment. Assist with the planning and management of events across studios. These may include roundtables, studio drinks, dinners or events with partner organisations. Develop awards entries, co-ordinate an awards calendar and identify new awards for us to enter to showcase our work and enhance our reputation. Assist with the management of external partnerships, contracts and agencies so that opportunities and maximised and strong effective relationships are in place. Monitor and report on media, website and social media results and analytics Assist with any necessary marketing administration including use of the CRM, research tasks, updating media lists, monitoring coverage and awards co-ordination Requirements At least 2 years experience Excellent writing skills, ideally with experience of delivering a mix of written content such as press releases, thought leadership articles and social media posts. Experience in media relations, including journalist contacts in regional online and broadcast and construction / real estate trade would be preferable.
