Requirements
* Qualifications: Recognized qualification in Health and Social Care; NVQ4, RMA, or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
* Experience as a registered manager.
* Commitment, Flexibility and dedication

* Driving License with access to own car is essential for this role
We are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our existing busy team in our Birmingham location.
The position is full-time 40 hours per week guaranteed contract with holding the office phone at the weekend on a rotational basis.
The ideal candidate should have a car and full UK driving license. The position is very demanding role that involves office environment and community setting as well, ensuring a high standard of service delivery in line with company expectations.
You would be based at the office location but also be expected to visit service users in the community when required.
Your duties and responsibilities
* Oversee the co-ordination of the service in terms of managing staff and resolving problems that may arise daily to minimize impact on service delivery.
* To organize the day to day running of the service provision.
* Oversee the service users as designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessment, care plan updates, liaising with Social Services about changes in circumstances and requirements to maintain their required level and standard of service.
* Staff Development: Manage the appraisal, development, and supervision, spot checks of all care staff.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC Registration Service Levels

* Operational Efficiency: Maintain an effective on-call service and oversee recruitment and training operations.
* Business Growth: Establish new care packages to meet growing business needs and support business development through networking and marketing initiatives.
* Must be able to provide written reports of all complaints, accidents,
* Safeguarding, incidents and untoward events in accordance with policies.
* Be computer literate and have knowledge of care management software.
* To represent the Company in a professional manner always, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication.
* To ensure Service Users are visited and reviews are done, Care Plans are done and implemented, examine the written records of medication administration, finance and daily log notes kept by Staff as required by the regulating body.
* Able to organize and undertake on call duties as required by the company to ensure a 24/7 service is provided.
