About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and experienced In House Engineer to join the team to support on a wide variety of coffee machines, predominantly in the traditional espresso machine space.
Both office and field based, this role will form the main point of contact for all machine queries to cover both proactive servicing and reactive callouts.

We’re looking for a skilled, driven, and hands-on In-House Engineer to join the Pact Coffee team! If you’re passionate about coffee and know your way around traditional espresso machines, this is your chance to play a key role in keeping our equipment running smoothly and our customers happy.
This hybrid role is both office and field-based, making you the go-to expert for all things coffee machine-related, handling proactive servicing and reactive callouts to ensure every cup of Pact Coffee is brewed to perfection.
Responsibilities:
As In-House Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
* Reactive Callouts: Be on hand in London/Southeast for up to 8 callouts per week, ensuring quick, expert fixes for our partners' coffee machines.
* Video Support: Troubleshoot machine issues remotely with around 5 video calls per week, resolving problems faster and reducing downtime.
* Machine Inbox Management: Act as the first point of contact for all B2B machine issues, covering both traditional espresso and bean-to-cup machines.
* Saturday Cover: Structure your week to provide essential Saturday support for callouts, keeping coffee flowing when it’s needed most.

Requirements
