The successful candidate will work within the Orthopaedics Team at Castle Hill Hospital assisting in the delivery of effective and timely therapeutic interventions to a wide range of inpatients who present with a multitude of complex needs.
Tasks will include completion of ward-based therapy assessments and interventions, and potentially some community-based visits to assess for equipment needs on discharge.
Car driver preferred due to the nature of the post.
As a Senior Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying your own supported caseload, and the supervision and coordination of staff of a lower grade. You will also provide support to Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in both direct patient treatment and non-clinical duties associated with the running of the service.
