As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with Operations Directors and Senior Operational teams, playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and providing insights to drive financial performance and align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships and collaborate with Wholesale senior leadership team.Champion LEAN implementation and continuous improvement to drive growth and efficiency.Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations for Senior leadership/Board reporting and to inform strategic decision-making.Develop detailed financial analysis and MI for operational teams.Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to support company goals.Investigate variances, challenging and supporting the Operational teams to deliver corrective action.Manage workload within Operations Finance and lead a high-performing team.Key Experience & Skills:Previous team management experience.ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post-qualified experience.Strong interpersonal and management skills.Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Motivated to continuously improve and achieve excellence.Confident, enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
